Overview
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. Some are strictly necessary for the storefront to function (signing you in, keeping items in your cart). Others are optional and only set with your explicit consent.
Cookie categories
Strictly necessary. Required for the storefront to work. Includes session cookies, authentication tokens, and CSRF protection. Always on.
Performance. Anonymous analytics about how the storefront is used. Helps us understand which pages perform well and where customers get stuck. Optional — controlled by your consent.
Personalization. Remembers your preferences (currency, language, recently viewed). Optional.
Marketing. Used to measure attribution from email and ad campaigns. Optional.
Your controls
You can adjust your consent at any time from the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or from Account → Profile → Privacy controls. Your browser also lets you block cookies entirely; doing so may break parts of the storefront.
Third parties
Third-party cookies are set by services we integrate with — including Stripe (fraud prevention), Cloudinary (image delivery), and (with your consent) Klaviyo and analytics providers. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.
Changes
If we add or change cookie categories, we’ll prompt you to renew consent. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
